Bhakti Yoga Flow is a heart-centered practice that weaves together mantra chanting, mindful movement, meditation, and reflection. Rooted in the path of love and devotion (bhakti), this class invites you to move, breathe, and sound your way into deeper presence and connection.
We’ll begin with mantra chanting to open the heart and attune the breath, mind and soul. From there, we flow into a Hatha inspired asana practice that is grounding and enlivening, and one that focuses on conscious breath, presence and intention rather than performance. Movement is approached as a form of prayer to honor the body as a vessel for awareness and devotion to living in peace.
The practice closes with meditation and quiet reflection, offering space to listen inwardly, integrate the experience, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Open to all levels. Come as you are, no prior chanting or yoga experience needed, just a willingness to show up with curiosity, reverence, and an open heart.

A practice to open your voice and expand on your vocal range and creative expression. Inspired by a weaving of classical indian and contemporary singing wisdoms, this practice is catered for the absolute beginner to the devoted musician and artist within you.
If you can speak, you can sing – singing is an extension of speaking. And if you think about it, before you learn to speak, you sing. There is a reason why our ABCs and first stories are sung in the forms of lullabies and songs. Singing is the gateway to experiencing our soul’s voice in the most intimate and powerful way. Music and voice is a way to connect with the divine, and to connect with nature and community. Open your voice, and let your heart be expressed, let your voice be free, let your soul be heard.

Morning Practice: Hatha Yoga & Soundbath Meditation
This is a grounding and enlivening morning practice designed to help you arrive fully into your body for your day and week ahead. We’ll move through mindful Hatha yoga with an emphasis on breath, body awareness, and easeful strength, before flowing into a deeply restful soundbath meditation to soothe the nervous system and reset from within.
Hatha yoga is a practice of balance: ha (sun) and tha (moon), bringing together effort and softness, movement and stillness. While caring for the physical body is an important part of yoga, it’s really just the doorway. Beyond the postures, yoga invites us into a deeper connection with ourselves, our inner world, and to listen to the intutive voice of our soul.
A space to breathe, soften, and come home to yourself, no matter how your morning begins.

Join us for a recalibrating and healing session through Chakra Bija Mantra chanting (sacred seed sounds of the energetic points in the body), Yoga Nidra – guided yogic sleep meditation for deep rest and clarity, accompanied with healing sound instruments.
Chakras are the subtle energetic points in our body, each point corresponds to different areas of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Understanding our chakras, and clearing the pathways in our body for our energy to move with ease is a great way to bring more spaciousness and love into our life.
This practice begins with gentle guided breathwork to calm the nervous system, and ready the mind and body for deeper states of rest, before flowing into mantra chanting to vibrate sacred vibrational frequencies within the physical and subtle body.
You will be guided through a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) meditation, accompanied by therapeutic sounds of tibetan singing bowls, handpan, rav drum, and more. All sounds are intentionally chosen and catered for the participants who are present in the session by your sound meditation guide, Gayle Nerva.
If you have any pre-existing health concerns and conditions, please make these known to Gayle before the session begins.
