The Living Room (Singapore)

By booking, attending, or participating in any class, session, workshop, or event at The Living Room, you agree to the following:

Participation & Assumption of Risk

All activities are undertaken voluntarily. Classes may involve physical movement, stillness, breathwork, sound exposure, and the use of props or equipment. Participation carries inherent risks, including physical or emotional discomfort, strain, injury, or sensitivity. You accept full responsibility for your participation.

Health Responsibility

You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations prior to class. Our offerings are not a substitute for medical care.

Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, you agree to release and hold harmless The Living Room, its owners, instructors, and staff from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, late arrivals, or non-attendance.

Studio-Initiated Changes

The Living Room reserves the right to change instructors, schedules, or programme details without notice. Instructor changes do not qualify for refunds. If a class is cancelled by the Studio, a class credit will be issued in place of a refund.

Photography & Media

Photos, video, or audio recordings may be taken during sessions for promotional or educational purposes. Please inform us before class if you do not wish to be recorded.

Changes to Terms

The Living Room may update these terms at any time. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy & Personal Data

We collect and use personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for bookings, payments, communication, safety, and studio operations. Personal data is not sold and is shared only with trusted service providers or where required by law. You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent at any time.
